How Where AI Pays labels every number

Modeled, projected, measured, or reported: the provenance system behind every figure in the catalog.

A number without a source is not a decision

AI business cases often arrive with an impressive figure and no useful explanation of where it came from. Where AI Pays takes the opposite approach: every number carries its provenance.

The four labels

Modeled figures start from published benchmarks and visible assumptions. Projected figures use a specific business's real inputs before the outcome is known. Measured figures record what happened after implementation. Reported figures come from an attributed third party.

The label does not make a number perfect. It tells you what kind of confidence is reasonable and what to inspect next.

Make the assumptions yours

Every modeled scenario exposes the inputs behind the headline. Replace an industry average with your own volume, cost, conversion rate, or team size and the result changes with it. The goal is not to sell certainty. It is to make the decision legible.
