Making ML pay where nobody had bought it
At Aware Group we shipped applied machine learning across five sectors — agriculture, conservation, manufacturing, and more — long before any of them had a budget line for it.
The pattern that repeated
In every sector the win looked the same: find one expensive, repeated judgment call a human made from experience, and put a model next to it. Not replacing the expert — compressing the time between question and confident answer.
Why it generalizes
Industries that had "never bought AI" bought outcomes. The sector never mattered as much as whether there was a measurable, recurring decision with money attached. There always was.
